The Board having assembled proceeded to examine L.S.A.No. 28 Percy F. Wilson and found that he is in a nervous and depressed condition.

He is physically fit but appears to be temperamentally unfit for the duties of a police officer. The Board consider that he is most unlikely to become a useful or reliable member of the Police Force and recommend that he be allowed to leave the service.
